ahhhh back to work again

its been quite a short holiday, shortened it due to boredom staying at home doing nothing.

but when secured a job, didn't feel like going work.

on holiday then wanted to work. start work then wanted a holiday =.=

on the first week of work, i started to go @_@ again, wanna go home then. argh, human....

went back to sg for an interview mid of March. since was on holiday, was thinking might as well drop by KL for a short stay. mini travel also better than nothing. at least i made it to ... travel =.=

told the special man that i might be going KL after the interview. he said maybe can have a meet up if i did go. 

this was quite a prompt trip. i bought the ticket and did hotel reservation only after i finished the interview sessions. as i had to meet up two parties, which theres one the timing wasn't confirmed until i met one in the morning. so right after i finished the second round then only i managed to buy an air ticket while being on my way home in MRT. efficient, sounds like. haha!

once all things confirmed, he actually asked me to help him to search for a bottle of japanese whisky =.=

and i regretted when i was preparing to board the plane.

a backpack with laptop and adaptor, which made the backpack stupidly heavy; a handbag with iPad; and yet still had to help him carry a bottle of liquor. oh dearrrrrrrr...

 i should have double-charged him. hmph.

 brilliant as usual XD

it was a thursday night that i flew to KL. its a bit like, WOW.... pai sei, my first time to fly to KL on my own XD
kena teased that i have grown up for saying that it was the first time to fly to KL on my own =.=
stayed at eCity Hotel at One City Mall. quite a moderate rate seeing that its a new hotel, facilities and room still okay for me. RM208 per night, less than SGD100 is okay already.... cannot criticise too much. haha!

so met him for a lunch on the next day. he's flexible at work, no time constraint, so ... =D
after a lunch, he said that he could drop me at Midvalley to stroll around.
well, =D =D been dreaming of that XD

 been obsessed with Lego during the holiday. i now have a machine and a Ferrari at home XD XD

theres a Lego event that day, walked around, still find sg with more choices, but of course, its much cheaper in malaysia.

 he told me that next to Midvalley is The Gardens, Midvalley is of mid range retail shops, while The Gardens is of high end ones.

whoa, an eye opener, though have seen more brands in sg here. haha

too bad got no job no income that time, so couldn't get anything from there. 

anyway, find that as a result of the currency war, its slightly cheaper to get some of the brands here in sg than in malaysia, lo... haha!

went back hotel at 4+pm, its a friday, afraid that might have traffic jam all the way back from Midvalley to Subang.

quite a number of eateries at One City Mall, chose Fat Boys, heard its good.

 beef and bacon burger, with beetroot also. forgot what do they name it. juicy beef =D i likey, but portion too big. haha! would be good if without the bacon, crispy that it doesn't go along well with the juicy beef patty, IMO.

 went up to the Sky Walk. ahhhh not scary. maybe I'm in the construction industry, so looks normal to me. haha!! has a few other eateries and pubs there too! too bad no chance to try out ... ><

was craving for Pan Mee badly as breakfast the next morning. since was in Selangor, better dont miss the chance. haha!

 luckily had iPad with me =P

 waited for about 30mins i guess. worth the wait! should try out dry one, used to have dry one back in johor during uni time. but the one in johor had more ingredients, dunno about the pricing there now, should be the same as this one here in Selangor. i like the chillies, but no joke spicy

then met up Zining with her bf. went Sunway Pyramid. KL ahhh seriously no idea can go where else. hmmmm

 something like rock melon parfait. at i-forgot-the-restaurant-name XD

since we dunno what to do, her bf suggested a movie session. a long queue at the cinema there, went Setia Walk instead =.=

then went to ICity look see look see.

nothing much to boast about i guess.

that ended my few days trip at Selangor. 

hope to go back again. for the food and for the meet up if possible XD XD

这个月的钱我理得好好的，
突然说系院要搞个pre grad nite，一个人70块！上帝啊。。
本来我每天的开销是10块，现在搞酱的东西，我一天只能花7块，不想去动我已存的钱了
所以只能动日常开销。。真不懂一天两餐怎么吃7块吖！！！><
说是吃中菜而且中菜很贵，又有鱼翅什么的。。
说什么系院没有钱，不能补贴，alumni已经贴了50块。。
拜托啦。。没酱大的头就不要戴酱大的帽！
吃不起中菜就吃马来菜啦，我又不是没吃过！
我又不是一定要吃鱼翅，又不是没吃过鱼翅
况且难保他们不会拿粉丝当鱼翅吖！还有，我们都不应该吃鱼翅吖。。
真不懂这些人的脑袋是拿来干嘛的！！

平时同班的叫出去吃饭、庆祝人生日的我都不去啦。。。
开销很大咧。。。

年纪轻轻，还没踏入社会大学，就要自己供保险。我有种很 /.\ 很 /.\ 的感觉。。。

真羡慕没有financial constraint的人。。。每个月的零用钱全数入口袋。真好！唉。。。。很/.\吖！！！！

p.s.: 真高兴！看那些thesis做lab的人就有点幸灾乐祸。。。因为姑娘我已经进入analysis了。。。XD 做lab的人吖。。。种着菜的就要祷告菜不枯、不被蜗牛侵入。。cast concrete的就要祷告lab时常开着。。就算是public holiday也一定要开。。但是谁理吖？我这个mid sem break还可以回家。。。他们就。。。oh no了。。。。XD 玩software的好处真多。。。我真有远见！！！XD

Post valentine's

it's a late post

the very first time that we get to celeb valentine's day. lol. seriously, nth special about valentine's day. it's just like other normal day. just that people and businessman like to exaggerate it in order to earn money. haha! probably anniversary is more meaningful.

as a remembrance, i'll just blog about it. haha =.=

i asked to go play on that day. so my pig suggested Semenggoh Wildlife Centre. and we went there to visit his long-lost brother, aka Orang Utan XD as he's lazy to transfer his long-lost brother's pics from camera, so there'll be no pics on that. hehe

as for dinner, we were reluctant to let high class restaurant to earn our money doubly or triply, so we went to Batu Lintang's Lok Garden to have 'o jien'. since i've been nagging on that for a long time XD

so we had o jien, midin and pork rib. total bill rm37 with two bowls of rice. laughed die me when thinking that others spent over hundreds just on valentine's dinner.

 since i'm out of ideas of what to gift a pig, so i came up this odd stuffs. origami loves, which probably were in the bin on that night. thanks to my pig's mum =.= =.= =.= =.= =.=!!!

i don't have a nice and minute paper bag at home. and i saw leftover of present papers, so i folded this with a blur memory and some logical thinking of my own. and a dragon kingston pendrive, which is now sleeping in the display cupboard at his home. cause his mum thought it's a display 'creature' instead of a pendrive XD

a diamond ring, which is a bit bigger than last year's diamond necklace XD

it's a multiple dates-in-one present. haha. glad to be in a long distance relationship =P

when people get jealous on this and think that it's a luxury, they just don't think that they're actually able to get about four of this with their iPhones. weird eh?=.= lucky thing is that, the two of us aren't iPhone users, so we save a lot on phone bills; we're not singing and clubbing kaki, and we save on entertainment fees. seriously, i've got no idea that people keep complaining that they're poor at the end of the month when they actually spent on those unwanted fees throughout the month. hmm...

p.s.: have to pay for insurance monthly starting next month on my own T_T i'm not even working yet!!!!';..;' i'm actly super frugal. without insurance, i only spend rm500 every mth. this 500 includes tithe, daily expenses and broadband. i manage to save quite a lot from my monthly living expenses given by dad. and this causes me to pay insurance on my own =.= 

i don't really know why most of the people of my age, who started working earlier than me, with a monthly salary of nearly rm2k, still complaining not enough money to use whereby they can just eat at home and save a lot from there. even if they dine out, still able to save. perhaps they should thanks to karaokes, lounges, and pubs =.=

planning to get a house before i'm 30.

so i'm very eager to roll money now.

as long as i manage to roll to the amount that's sufficient for downpayment, all is set.

then i'll keep rolling money, and get another unit and the process gonna continue.

and all i can do is save, and live frugally.

the inflation rate of malaysia is 3.3%. where u need to have a min of Rm25k to be fixed deposit so that u can enjoy at the rate of 3.6% interest =.=

i dont have rm25k.

so i can only do investment.

and save.

aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhh!!!

finally received the letter from my FYP supervisor requesting the department of integration and drains for some datas that i need for my FYP, after a week plus -.-

i just realized that...

can my FYP be any more complicated?

if possible, get a daily-based data. hey! DAILY! and it's long term data, say like, minimum 5years?!!_!!

i'm really in a wrong field. should have put finance and business as 4th choice -.-

vision

yay! got my white panda back!!! spend RM120 just to have it well again. RM80 for reformatting, RM40 for backing up. zzz it's not easy to feed an apple. some more, an apple that has been bitten by someone zzzz

pastor preached on "Our Vision" on last sunday.

we can have a church's vision, a personal's and etc. as for personal, it can be long term or short term.

and the thing is, without vision, things go nought. and we'll perish. lol

and when i just finished my shower just now, i've fixed my vision. a short term one of course. and that's to quadruple my savings when i'm 25. LOL!!!!

i used to be quite keen on investing.

when Forex started to be a hit, that was 2008 back then. i have not much savings, i cant do anything about it.

and today, i can at least "ngee hee hee" around and plan on either dump those money as fixed deposit or invest it.

i love travel around. but i wanna go travel in the sense that i dont want to limit the usage of my money and i'd be more delighted if i'm using my own money to travel around =)

i have one piggy bank at home. when that so-called piggy is full, it'll eventually go to a bank's account. and i've restrained myself from withdrawing even a cent from that account.

and that so-called piggy only fed on 20cents and 50cents. strictly no 10cents, unless i have RM1 of 10cents. haha!

i have another account, with the debit card, i can shop around even if i dont have much cash on hand sometimes, but after i've spend money using that account, i must deposit the same amount that i've spend no matter how.

those are some ways that how i save money.

the very last account that i have is for uni's expenditure. and some online transactions. and somehow i can buy few lots of shares with the amount of money XD this stupid account only earns me RM3.sth or sometimes Rm2.sth monthly. which is about less than RM40 a year, which is, much much MUCH lesser than the dividend given by EPF.

mum always urges me to save money through EPF account as the dividend is very high. with just RM1k plus, i can get back about RM90sth for that particular year without depositing a cent beside that RM1k plus. lol the dividend is high, but people can only withdraw it for certain purposes until we're 55 years old, which i might not be able to be that old.

i wanna earn fast cash but safely. so i've made up my mind to do investment.

seeing that the inflation rate of our country is nearly 3% or so as compared to last year, which is, RM6k now only has the value of around RM5820 back then. so i know that i couldnt just save and save and save or work and work and work without doing anything. investment is the only way.

who knows, i might go into investment field instead of engineering when i grad. lol

first class is nth, being able to increase the number of digits before the decimal points is sth.

i have a vision - to quadruple my total savings when i'm 25.

i dont wan to be like others, still having few thousands even when they're almost 30. i'm scared. LOL
