独自飘洋过海 (2.1)

3/10/2014 - 2nd day =)

Had some solid plans for this day.
that was to go Cheung Chau (长洲) after breakfast
a place which i longed to go. might be weird, go city area for travel but chose a fishing village spot.
but, well, free and easy and also a relaxing trip is of my choice. the job is too stressful =.=
as for breakfast, since its HK, for sure cannot go without dim sum =P
picked one of the famous dim sum restaurants. and surprisingly just a few mins from the guest hotel that i stayed.

i did not set alarm throughout the days. just woke up whenever i felt like to.
but oh dear................ i woke up around 7+ am. sigh. tot i could sleep until 9+ =.=

 and ta-da! 稻香超级渔港 =)

go in to the lobby, approach the waitress there, tell her how many of u, then use the lift to go to level 2.

didn't really dare to take a photo of the whole restaurant interior =P

since i was alone, i had to share table with people, which was very okay for me =)
pick the tea of your choice, tick what you wanna eat on the menu and hand to the waiter/waitress.
price varies from time to time and day to day. of course, cheapest timing is before 9am, from monday to friday. manage to order my food before 9am =P

and ta-da! my favourite dim sum, har kau. wheeeeee~~~
two prawns each *wow~~* with squares of bamboo shoots, which made the whole dumpling taste nice, and chewy crystal skin!!! ngawww thats what i love most!!!
never had such chewy crystal skin before!!!! *slurrrrpsssss*

and the original HK fried carrot cake. aha~
tried the fried carrot cake from the dim sum restaurant down my house, its good, too, even the special man also said that its good. but this one here is really aweeeesome =P

the so-so 蜜汁叉烧肠, maybe not as into this as what i imagined. or maybe i just have to order a prawn one instead? *never have enough of prawns =P*

碗仔翅 shark fin soup. dont worry, theres no shark fin inside. read an article before, shark fin soup is just a name, forgotten the origin of its name, pai sei, google yourself =P
taste so-so.... perhaps go to the old-style roadside stall might be better

last last, siew mai =P and since its last last, couldn't finish this and had to take out. each plastic bag cost $0.50. ok lar, cheaper than sg lar =P
total $91.50, including tea and things. not expensive rightttttt...
would be slightly costly here in singapore if not mistaken.

in HK, dont mention 打包 in Cantonese for take out, 领走 instead. 打包 its sth like for wrapping corpse like that. *read from a i-forgot-which web*

didn't dare to drag any longer, since i planned to go Cheung Chau.
left before 10am.
and the guest hotel is just mins from the restaurant, i went back for a short while, for toilet, and for i-forgot-what-i-did haha!
