back to teaching

took me a good five days to outline the whole lesson.

five days!!!!!!

seriously if not by God i dont think i can do this lo...

we do have teaching materials, but i somehow find it not so user friendly to me.

oh, was allocated to teach primary school kids since last month. i actually stopped sunday school teachings for like two mths or so. the assistant teacher of my week for preschool able to teach by herself liao..
primary school and preschool really differ a real lot!!
used to be able to prepare the lesson for preschool only during the train ride from home to church =.=
but now....
i still feel unconfident with the flow =.=!!
and to work with assistants together is different from working alone.
used to tackle the children on art and craft session for Saturday's services alone. it's like, so long i have a theme in mind, i can do magic.
but now working with assistants together, teaching according to the theme from the teaching materials, i still have to outline the flow and brief and share with the assistants.. is a bit time consuming la..

as of now.. can only pray hard that no hiccups on Sunday /_\

i miss preschool sessions!!!! so lovey dovey there...
sit-in last week's session, to learn how to manage primary school kids from a sister whom i learned to start of my preschool servings from.. in between, two went out of hand and interrupted the preschool class. i lost control and just yelled at them. my godson's mother was serving at preschool that day. after the sessions ended, before teachers' meeting, she was very surprised and said, "wah sarah! this was the first time i saw you being so fierce!!" and i =.= =.= =.= XDDD

i really really miss preschool sessions. so lovey dovey, so easy. know i have to break camp and advance la.. somehow i do learn something from the primary school kids too.
